New York City, NY, January 9, 2007 -- During 2007, the WSTA plans to continue to provide a cost-effective, time-efficient means to educate financial technology professionals on current and emerging technologies, operational approaches and business issues that impact their firms .

In response to feedback from WSTA members (financial service firms) to maximize their time out of the office, the WSTA will offer two concurrent sessions along with technology demos at each of its morning seminars. Using this new approach, members can obtain information and technology demonstrations that they can apply in their businesses from industry consultants and vendor sponsors in a short timeframe.

The WSTA will host six half-day seminars in New York City. Each seminar will have a keynote speaker (industry analyst), a guest speaker (end user) and two sessions with up to five vendor presentations each. WSTA Seminars will be held in New York City from approximately 7:30AM - 12:00 Noon.
