Finn is the founder and CEO of Risk Insider, an advisory and management consultancy catering to the financial services sector and technology firms. He has over 20 years of experience in risk management, operations and trading technology on Wall Street and software vendors. Finn started his career with Credit Suisse First Boston and IBM. He later joined Fusion Systems Group, a leading consulting firm on Wall Street, where he became Principal and Managing Director for their trading and risk management practice globally. During that process he personally managed a number of high profile trading and risk management projects for some of the largest sell side institutions, investment banks, pension funds and hedge funds globally.
In addition, Finn was involved with Long Term Capital Management (LTCM) and two major US investment banks as well as the regulators during the famous blow-up and helped limit and control the serious systemic risk issues that arose in the weeks that followed. He has held senior executive positions with a wide range of risk management and trading software vendors. During that time he was responsible for managing the design and integration of enterprise wide risk management systems for some of the world's largest financial institutions.
Finn is a regular speaker at risk management conferences and seminars globally, including twice serving as Chairman of the Technology Thread at Risk USA. He is frequently quoted in the industry journals such as Risk Magazine, Derivatives & Risk Technology, Institutional Investor, and Risk Management and Operations.
Kevin Parker, VP and Chief Evangelist, Serena Software

He is VP and Chief Evangelist at Serena Software where he develops technology strategy and direction.
Atwell Williams, Solutions Architect – Office of the CTO, BMC Software
Atwell Williams is a Solutions Architect within BMC’s Office of the CTO. Within the CTO office, Atwell focuses on ITIL and other Best Practice frameworks for improving IT Processes. In this role, Atwell spends a great deal of time consulting with customers on how best to derive value from their technology investments. Additionally, he works closely with the BMC development organization to ensure that BMC’s solutions continue to solve real-world customer problems. In both capacities, he brings a unique combination of IT process expertise (having served as an ITIL instructor and being ITIL Foundation, Practitioner, and Service Manager Certified) and real world IT experience having served in BMC’s internal IT organization as Director of Service Management.
Prior to joining the CTO office, Atwell was an ITIL Instructor and Education Manager within BMC Education Services group. In this role, he was responsible for educating external customers as well as internal BMC staff in the areas of IT Service Management (ITSM) and the IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL). As a member of BMC’s Thought Leadership Council, Atwell is a frequent speaker at industry conferences and BMC Customer Briefings and Forums. He has also published several whitepapers on the subject of IT Service Management (ITSM) and Continuous IT Service Improvement. Prior to his tenure in Education Services, Atwell was the Director of IT Service Management within BMC Software’s IT department and was responsible for assuring the overall performance, availability, security, and recoverability of BMC Software Inc.'s internal production applications.
Prior to joining BMC Software in January of 2002, Atwell was a partner with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), were he spent 13 years focused on delivering IT infrastructure and process design and development services to PwC’s numerous clients.
Atwell holds a Bachelor’s in Computer Science from the United States Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs, CO.
