He was previously a Gartner VP running their local and wide-area networking services, and a Partner with Ernst & Young. Mr. Passmore wrote a monthly column for Business Communications Review magazine for 14 years, and was past chairman of the Next Generation Networks (NGN) conference.Dave has been recognized as being one of the top six consultants in the IT industry, featured in an Information Week cover story on "Hot Consultants,” named as one of the "most influential industry analysts" by Technology Marketing magazine, and made Network World's list of the 50 "most powerful" people in networking.

Eric Prosser is Director of Sales Engineering at Level 3 Communications. In this role, he oversees Customer Solution Engineering for Business Markets, with a focus on developing voice, video, and data networking solutions for large and mid-market enterprise customers. Prior to this, Eric has held various management positions within engineering, planning, and architecture. He holds his Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Virginia Tech, and his MBA from University of Tennessee.

Hal Clark is a Senior Manager of Solution Marketing of Service Automation products. Prior to joining BMC, Hal was a product manager for telephony-enabling business process applications using Service Oriented Architectures (SOA). He has held product management and operations positions at Avaya, Bay Networks, EDS, Nortel and Wellfleet. Experience with service providers and consumers of many sizes and industries has centered on fast adoption and integration into service management environments. Hal is certified on ITIL v3 fundamentals.

He currently serves as a member of the Executive Advisory Board at the University of Bridgeport Graduate Center, helping to formulate UB’s graduate curriculum.

Jonathan Morton, Vice President Product Management
Jonathan Morton, Vice President, Product Management, is responsible for IPC’s core product lines – the Alliance and IQ/MAX turrets – as well as its recording solutions. Mr. Morton’s expertise in trading communications systems stems from having designed specialized, VoIP-based communications solutions for some of the world’s largest global trading enterprises, as well as for small- and medium-sized trading floors.
Before his current role at IPC, he was based in Paris, France, and responsible for the company’s Western European business. He has held several key engineering and sales engineering positions with IPC, including oversight for opening the company’s Tokyo office, and has extensive experience in designing, developing, marketing and selling innovative communication products and solutions that meet customer needs.
Prior to joining IPC in 1996, Mr. Morton managed international products and projects and conducted educational seminars for Pierce Phelps and NEC.
