Johna Till Johnson is president and senior founding partner of Nemertes Research, where she sets research direction and works with strategic clients. She has decades of experience in IT structure, processes, and organizations and has worked closely with senior IT executives at leading organizations across a broad range of industries. A widely regarded expert, Ms. Johnson regularly speaks at numerous trade shows, conferences, and seminars, and writes an insightful weekly column in Network World.
Ms. Johnson relates to the challenges senior executives face, as she’s managed large technology operations. Before founding Nemertes, she served as senior vice president and chief technology officer at Greenwich Technology Partners, a $60 million infrastructure consulting and engineering firm. At GTP, she secured $5 million in funding, managed strategic technology investments, partnerships, and acquisitions, and ran the technology practices to which GTP’s consultants and engineers belonged. She also managed the laboratory services, oversaw training, and performed consulting for strategic clients.
Prior to joining GTP, she headed the $12 million Global Networking Strategies Service business unit of META Group, where she advised Global 2000 IT organizations, vendors, and service providers. As senior technology editor of Data Communications magazine, Ms. Johnson managed the lab-testing program, and in the early ‘90s was one of the first experts to accurately predict and justify the rise of the commercial Internet.
Ms. Johnson also has designed and developed security, speech-synthesis, and free-space laser products at companies including Mosler Security Systems and Digitus Corp. She holds a BSEE (CS) from The Johns Hopkins University, has conducted graduate work in nuclear and particle physics at the University of Rochester, speaks three languages, and published a science fiction novel in 1995.

Alan Rosenberg is President, New York Operations, for Business Only Broadband. Alan joins BOB from Global Crossing, where he developed and managed the first global financial extranet that interconnected trading floors, exchanges, brokers, clearing houses, and market data makers to more than 1,000 financial clients. Rosenberg holds a B.S. degree in chemical engineering from the University of Maryland, and an M.S. degree in telecommunications engineering from the Stevens Institute of Technology. In addition, he completed advance business education from the London Business School and Carnegie Mellon University.

Tom Shea is an Enterprise Account Manager for Blue Coat Systems working with select large enterprise customers in the New York City metro area. Mr. Shea previously served as Vice President of Sales & Marketing for Shea Network Solutions, a pioneering independent Value Added Reseller and IT Consulting firm in the New York City metro area. Mr. Shea has also been instrumental in developing and implementing new channel strategy and programs at both Avocent Corporation and Blue Coat Systems, helping strategic business partners develop a consultative sales approach in order to tailor solutions to customers’ specific business goals.
Fang Wu, Vice President, Customer Solutions, NTT America, Inc.
As Vice President of Customer Solutions, Fang Wu is supervising NTT America's product management, solution development as well as solution implementations to support a wide range of enterprise customers’ global needs. Before joining NTT America, Mr. Wu held various product management and engineering positions to manage, design, and implement new data services including MPLS/ IP product line at companies such as Lucent and AT&T. Mr. Wu has a MSEE from Polytechnic University and a BEEE from City College of New York. He holds two US patents in the areas of network fraud prevention and convergence network architecture.
Chris Holland, Vice President of Product Management, SafeNet
Chris Holland joined SafeNet in March 2004 after the acquisition of Rainbow Technologies as the Director of Product Management, Enterprise Division. During his tenure at Rainbow Technologies, Mr. Holland led the development of SSL remote access technologies. Mr. Holland was promoted into his current role in January 2007 where his focus is to lead the management and development of the companies’ commercial product lines. He is responsible for software protection, identity tokens, HSMs and High Speed Encryption products. Prior to joining Rainbow Technologies, Mr. Holland worked for Ericsson developing next generation small office / home office phone technology. He developed network and security processors for a semiconductor company (Valence Semiconductor). Before moving to the United States in 1997, Mr. Holland worked for AST Europe in the UK as a product manager for consumer desktop computer systems. Mr. Holland holds a Bachelor of Science in Computing Science and Software Engineering from Brunel University in London.
