Tools4ever announces availability of Self Service Password Reset Manager. This application provides users the ability to reset their password via the Windows logon screen by answering a series of challenge questions. End user enrollment is accomplished via a wizard while deployment is handled via a Group Policy. Administrators define the number of required questions and the content. Substantial time and dollar savings are achievable by eliminating calls to the Help Desk for this routine task.
