BT announced the 10,000th deployment of its next generation trading system, ITS.Netrix. Launched in 2004, BT's ITS.Netrix is a trading system that provides multi-media support for voice, video and data, giving a trader command of all communications channels and improving trading performance. ITS.Netrix offers both traditional TDM and IP capability, which BT attributes as one of the key factors for its continued success over the last few years. The trading system is available in both push button and touchscreen and offers additional features, such as voice recording and integration with CRM, email and IM applications.
