Abstract

Despite the increasing popularity of microservice systems, the tools and technologies used to develop them do not always simplify the process of doing things correctly and often make it easy to make mistakes. In this session, we will explore how a straightforward and concise set of microservice building blocks based on an event-driven platform can aid in doing things the right way.

  • Learn how fleets of small, functional services, independent queryable views, and event-driven functions can enable you to create reliable and performant microservice systems.
  • Discover how this approach can make building reliable and efficient systems easier for you and your team.
  • See how the event-driven platform, which serves as the foundation of this microservice building approach, more closely mimics the sophisticated processing patterns of neural and synaptic systems, providing an additional level of efficiency and elegance.
