Meet Helene: Championing Change & Fostering Inclusive Leadership
In her current role, Helene spearheads change and transformation initiatives, defining and embedding policies, governance, controls, training, and tools across the organization. With previous leadership roles in areas such enterprise portfolio management and technology integration governance, she brings a wealth of expertise to the table. Helene has also served as Co-Chair of the Women in Technology employee resource group, showcasing her commitment to diversity and inclusion.
A 20-Year Career Across Industries
Helene’s expertise spans transformation and change management, product management, and business management. With a remarkable 20-year career, Helene has held senior positions in esteemed organizations like Bank of America, UBS, Barclays, Johnson & Johnson, and McKinsey & Company. Leveraging multi-disciplinary capabilities, she has consistently driven business and technology outcomes.
Academic & Professional Accolades
Helene holds a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Information Systems and Technology from Drexel University, a Master of Business Administration from Rutgers Business School, and a plethora of professional certifications, including Agile Coaching (ICP-ACC), Scrum Master (PSM), Product Owner (PSPO), Release Train Engineer (SaFE RTE), Project Management (PMP), Process Excellence (Six Sigma Black Belt), and Supply Chain Management (CSCP).
