The Wall Street Technology Association (WSTA) is Pleased to Announce its 2020 Board of Directors

The Wall Street Technology Association (WSTA®), an industry organization that provides technology and business professionals in the financial industry a forum to learn from and connect with each other, is pleased to welcome Don Anderson, Federal Reserve Bank of Boston and Michael Santoro, E*TRADE, to its 2020 Board of Directors.

Don Anderson, Senior Vice President & CIO, Federal Reserve Bank of Boston
At the Boston Fed, Don is responsible for the Bank’s IT and cyber security functions as well as leading the Federal Reserve System’s ERP Transformation. In 2017, he was awarded the Boston CIO of the Year ORBiE award by the Boston Business Journal and Boston CIO Leadership Association.

Don holds a BS degree from the University of Connecticut and an MBA from Bentley University, serves on the Boards of the Advanced Cyber Security Center (ACSC) and Boston CIO Leadership Association and is an active member of the Dana Farber Leadership Council (DFLC).

Michael Santoro, VP, Product Management, E*TRADE Advisor Services
Michael Santoro is Vice President of Product Management at E*TRADE Advisor Services, overseeing the institutional product team and solution delivery for Advisor Services.

With more than twenty years in the financial services, management consulting, and technology industries, Mr. Santoro has vast experience in business and technology transformation. He applies lean and agile principles to create effective operating models with an emphasis on solution delivery. Prior to joining E*TRADE, Mr. Santoro was the Director of Trading Platforms, Web, Mobile, and Online Engagement at TD Ameritrade. In this role, he defined the strategy and implementation plans for trading applications, mobile platforms, and broader technical-based services. Mr. Santoro has also held positions at PricewaterhouseCoopers and Bank One/JP Morgan Chase.

Mr. Santoro held FINRA Series 3, 4, 7, 24 and 63 licenses and earned a BS in finance from St. John’s University.
