WSTA Welcomes New Board Members for 2021

The Wall Street Technology Association is happy to welcome two new members to the WSTA Board of Directors for 2021!

The WSTA Board of Directors is represented by CIOs, Managing Directors, and senior level professionals at some of the industry’s leading financial firms. Their guidance helps to ensure that the WSTA is consistently focused on the topics and trends that matter most to financial services organizations and financial technology professionals.

Nadira Hardial, Senior Vice-President, Brown Brothers Harriman

WSTA Board Director Nadira Hardial

Nadira Hardial is the Senior Vice-President responsible for Corporate Technology at Brown Brothers Harriman. She is responsible for the platforms that support the Finance, Compliance, Risk, Human Resources and Enterprise functions of the Bank.

Nadira joined Brown Brothers Harriman in 2018. Prior to joining BBH, over a span of 25 years, she held roles managing technology solutions for Financial Services firms, including Merrill Lynch, Citibank and Morgan Stanley. Nadira has lead systems teams supporting Institutional, Wealth Management and Asset Management businesses across a range of areas including Risk, Margin and Collateral Management, Fund Services and Tax.

In support of Inclusion in Technology careers in Banking and Finance Nadira is a founding member of the BBH Women in Technology Community. Nadira holds a BBA in Information Systems from Baruch College in New York City.


Eileen Kane, Head of RIA and Contact Center Technology, Morgan Stanley

Eileen Kane is a Managing Director in Morgan Stanley’s Wealth Management Technology division, where she currently leads the RIA and Contact Center Technology platform development.

She joined Morgan Stanley through the 2020 acquisition of E*TRADE, where she ran the Institutional Technology division, having previously led the Quality Engineering and Project Management functions at E*TRADE. Eileen has spent over 20 years overseeing technology engineering teams in the Financial Services sector and believes a deep partnership with business stakeholders is the essential element in ensuring Technology delivery runs in lockstep with business development.

Eileen is passionate about developing talented, engaged technology teams that are fully invested in the company mission, and is committed to promoting diversity in the workplace, and empowering individuals to grow and succeed within the field.

Eileen holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Mathematics from University College Dublin, Ireland.
